Salisbury Racecourse is one of England's oldest racecourses with racing taking place on the picturesque downland since the sixteenth century. With spectacular views taking in the cathedral, the course stages 15 race meetings this summer between May and October, when it successfully combines high quality racing with a friendly and enjoyable day out. The race meeting on Mon 10 October is Free Entry to all racegoers.

what to wear


The only dress code is in the Bibury Enclosure which has a 'Smart Casual' requirement. Collared shirts and trousers for gentlemen (tie not essential). Smart jeans only (no ripped, torn or frayed denim). No shorts, sportswear or trainers.
