From 26th July 2007 the entry point for a breach of (A)36 (passing information for reward) by a Rider, Trainer, Owner or Authorised Riders’ Agent will be 18 months disqualification, with a range of nine months to five years. The current entry point is six months suspension or disqualification, with a range of three months to three years.
For Stable Employees and Service Providers (such as vets, farriers and feedmen), the entry point will be 12 months disqualification, with a range of nine months to five years. The current entry point is six months disqualification, with a range of three months to three years.
