The Stewards considered the running of SHAN VALLEY (IRE), which was pulled up, ridden by Jeremiah McGrath and trained by Michael Easterby. They noted the trainer could offer no explanation for the mare’s performance. They ordered SHAN VALLEY (IRE) to be routine tested.
Jason Maguire, the rider of AN CAPALL MOR (IRE), unplaced, reported that the gelding was unsuited by the ground (soft, good to soft in places).
