Gary Bartley, the rider of INDIAN GIVER, unplaced, reported that the filly would not face the kickback.
Russ Kennemore, the rider of LIVER BIRD, unplaced, reported that the gelding hung badly left-handed.

The Stewards considered the running of KNIGHT VISION, unplaced, ridden by Adrian Nicholls and trained by David Nicholls. They noted the trainer’s representative could offer no explanation for the gelding’s performance. They ordered KNIGHT VISION to be routine tested.
Robert L Butler, the rider of NOLECCE, unplaced, reported that the gelding hung left.
Racheal Kneller, the rider of SKYERON, unplaced, reported that the filly’s saddle slipped.
Neil Callan, the rider of VENA AMORIS (USA), unplaced, reported that the filly was never travelling.

Paul Hanagan, the rider of WORTHINGTON (IRE), unplaced, reported that the filly suffered interference in running.
James Moffatt, the trainer of SAM LORD, unplaced, reported that the gelding finished lame on his left-fore.
William Buick, the rider of COTTON GRASS, unplaced, reported that the filly had no more to give, having been hampered.
Paul Hanagan, the rider of LAS VERGLAS STAR (IRE), unplaced, reported that the gelding missed the break having anticipated the start.
Garry Whillans, the rider of SARTINGO (IRE), unplaced, reported that the gelding suffered interference on the first bend.
