The Stewards considered the running of CAUSE OF CAUSES (USA), ridden by Timmy Murphy and trained by Gordon Elliott, which was pulled up. The Stewards noted the trainer’s explanation that the gelding was unsuited by the soft ground. They ordered CAUSE OF CAUSES (USA) to be routine tested.
