An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Starter to join our team on a part-time basis (150 days per year). Regionally based, we require an organised and dedicated racing enthusiast to come and work with us as part of our Starting team. We are looking for a Starter based along the M4 Corridor, to work on both Flat and National Hunt fixtures. The
core function of this essential role is to ensure that races have a fair start in accordance with the Rules of Racing, coordinating horses, Jockeys and racecourse personnel at the start. As a Starter you will need to ensure that the rules and Standard Operating procedures currently in place are fairly and consistently adhered to.
