The British Horseracing Authority (BHA) is recruiting for a Senior Regulatory Lawyer (Maternity Cover) to be responsible for case managing the more complex prosecutions under the Rules of Racing. This includes equine and human Anti-Doping, equine welfare, and corruption cases.

The successful candidate will be an experienced lawyer, with experience of providing advice and managing complex cases in a regulatory setting. Experience of working on behalf of another sport’s governing body would be particularly advantageous.
