The British Horseracing Authority has today confirmed the addition of an afternoon All-Weather fixture at Chelmsford City on Sunday 11 January.

Sunday’s fixture will be made up of seven races, with the ability to divide to nine if required. Entries will close at noon tomorrow (Friday 9 January) before declarations at 10am on Saturday 10 January.

As this day did not originally have a Flat fixture programmed, the additional fixture will be rider restricted, in line with policy; the list of eligible riders is available on Racing Admin.

The BHA is grateful to the Horserace Betting Levy Board for its contribution to the funding of prize money for this additional meeting, and to the participants, stable employees, raceday officials and others who will be servicing this fixture.
