The British Horseracing Board today announced the following appointments to its two Standing Committees:

Race Planning Committee

Peter Cundell, reappointed as a National Trainers Federation nominee for a further two-year term from 7th June 2000.

Adrian Grazebrook, reappointed as the Racehorse Owners Association (ROA) nominee for a further two-year term from 7th June 2000.

Anthony Speelman, appointed as a Jockey Club nominee in succession to Julian Richmond-Watson, who ceases to be a Jockey Club nominee on his appointment as Chairman of the Committee in succession to David Oldrey. Four year term from 7th June 2000.

Finance Committee

Michael Arnold, reappointed as the ROA nominee for a further two-year term from 7th June 2000.
