Following the cancellation of the fixture planned for Hexham on Friday October 5th due to the Foot and Mouth Disease restrictions, BHB has managed to secure an additional northern fixture at Sedgefield on Monday October 8th.

The six race card will start at 2.10 and run at half hourly intervals until 4.40. Races for will close at noon on Friday October 5th, declarations to be made by 10.00am, Sunday October 7th.

BHB would like to thank the Levy Board for their financial assistance and Sedgefield Racecourse for agreeing to stage this meeting at short notice.
