The British Horseracing Authority (BHA) has today confirmed that Chepstow’s fixture on 20 August and Chester’s fixture on 23 August will swap dates. 

This follows ongoing discussions with local government in Cheshire to minimize the risk of gatherings around the racecourse at Chester which may take place on weekends.

As such, the fixtures will now take place as follows:

Thursday 20 August – Chester (evening)
Sunday 23 August – Chepstow (afternoon)

The race programme will stay with each course. Entry and declaration deadlines will remain as normal, with further fixture information available via the Racing Admin site www2.racingadmin.co.uk in due course.
