SPRINT RACES ABANDONED AT AYR, WEDNESDAY 30TH OCTOBER

Due to waterlogging on the straight course, the Clerk of the Course at Ayr, in conjunction with the British Horseracing Authority’s (BHA) Racecourse Inspectorate, has declared the Straight Course unraceable around the 5f and 6f starts for the fixture on Wednesday 30th October. As a consequence, race number 18151, The Collect totepool Winnings at Betfred Shops Handicap Stakes (Class 3) over six furlongs and race number 18157, The Bet & Watch With Racing UK’s App Handicap Stakes (Class 6) over five furlongs have been abandoned, and two races programmed in their place.

The two new races are as follows:

1.50pm No 18159 The Bet & Watch With Racing UK’s App Handicap Stakes
(Class 6) over Seven Furlongs about 50 Yards

4.00pm No 18158 The Collect totepool Winnings at Betfred Shops Handicap Stakes
(Class 3) over One Mile About Two Furlongs
