Two of Britain’s most accomplished riders will join the celebrations at Ascot Racecourse for the 2026 Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards sponsored by Godolphin.
Dual champion Flat jockey and Godolphin retained rider William Buick and 2020/21 champion Jump jockey Harry Skelton will be guests of honour as the industry recognises and rewards the people working at the heart of British racing and breeding.
With £128,500 to be won across six award categories, the prestigious ceremony will shine a spotlight on 18 exceptional finalists who have been nominated by their employers, friends and peers and selected by the expert judging panel.
Hosted by ITV Racing’s Ed Chamberlin, the 2026 ceremony takes place at Ascot on Monday 23 February, where the industry will crown six category winners and the overall Employee of the Year.

2020/21 champion Jump jockey, Harry Skelton said:
