The Starting Price Regulatory Commission (SPRC) are the body responsible for the integrity of the Starting Price (SP) system.

They have launched a public consultation regarding the SP system. The consultation invites people to present any possible alternatives and demonstrate their workability.

The SPRC would welcome the views of anyone who has constructive views on the SP system and a proposal for improvements, accompanied by evidence of their viability.

The consultation will be conducted in writing, and responses should be submitted by 30 September 2015.  They may be submitted either on-line to Jim Donnelley (www.thesprc.org). or by post to:
