The British Horseracing Authority has today confirmed the addition of an All-Weather Flat fixture at Wolverhampton on Thursday 19 August.

It had been hoped that an alternative Jumps racecourse could be found to stage a fixture following the abandonment of the card intended for Fontwell Park next Thursday but having been unable to find a suitable venue, an additional Flat fixture has instead been added.

The Wolverhampton fixture will be a six-race card, permitted to divide to eight, with entries closing on Monday 16 August and declarations to be taken on Tuesday 17 August.
