Alan Jarvis – application for extension of temporary Trainer’s Licence

1. On Thursday 22 May 2014 the Appeal Board recorded that the Licensing Committee will reassess the application by Timothy Jarvis for a trainer’s licence at a hearing that will take place on Monday 2 June 2014, unless he by himself, or his solicitors, informs the BHA in writing by 4.00pm on Wednesday 28 May that he requires the said hearing to be adjourned to a later date.

2. It is ordered that the application of the Appellant for a further extension of his trainer’s licence be dismissed.
