With a band of heavy rain forecast to sweep across the country in the next 24 hours threatening racing on turf, the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), in conjunction with the Horserace Betting Levy Board (HBLB), has authorised an additional all-weather fixture to be programmed at Wolverhampton on Saturday, December 22nd.

All races at Wolverhampton will close at noon on Thursday, December 20th, while declarations to run must be made by 10.00 a.m. on Friday, December 21st.

Furthermore, the deadline for declaring jockeys at Lingfield Park on the same day has been altered to 2pm on Thursday, December 20th in order to assist with jockey bookings for Saturday.

The BHA is grateful to the HBLB for its help in staging this fixture.
