The Appeal Board of the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) on 20th May 2013, will consider an appeal lodged by James Babbs and John Celaschi against the decision of the Disciplinary Panel to disqualify them both for four years for breaches of the Rules (A)37 and (E)92 of the Rules of Racing, and Rules (A)41 and (E)92 of the Rules of Racing respectively, imposed on 27th March 2013.
