The Discplinary Panel requires further time to consider its decision in this case, and will provide this decision to both parties by no later than the close of business on Friday 24th September 2010. This decision will be released publicly shortly thereafter.  If any further steps remain to be taken at that stage, then the Panel’s reasons will set out what those steps are.
