The British Horseracing Authority (BHA) has today announced Chepstow’s 23 August fixture has been abandoned due to waterlogging.

The afternoon fixture will be an eight-race card with the ability to divide to nine races if required. The race programme will be similar to that originally due to take place at Chepstow.

Entries will close tomorrow, Thursday 20 August at 12 noon with declarations at the 48-hour stage as normal.

Race times, conditions and other fixture information will be available via  the Racing Admin site, www2.racingadmin.co.uk shortly.
