A Disciplinary Panel Enquiry will take place on Wednesday 22 September 2010 to establish whether or not Eamon Tyrrell and Jason Behan, both licensed by the Irish Turf Club, have committed a breach of the Rules of Racing following the running and riding of CASELA PARK (IRE) in the Register @ sportpool.co.uk Handicap Stakes at Newcastle on 4 August 2010.  An investigation by the Integrity Services and Licensing Department found no evidence of irregular betting activity.

The Panel will consider whether jockey Jason Behan is in breach of Rule (B)59.2 in that he intentionally failed to ensure that CASELA PARK (IRE) ran on its merits and will consider whether or not Eamon Tyrrell is in breach of Rule (C)45 regarding the riding instructions given to Jason Behan.
