FALLON, LYNCH AND WILLIAMS HEARINGS ON FRIDAY

SPECIAL PANEL HEARINGS OF KIEREN FALLON, FERGAL LYNCH AND DARREN WILLIAMS

The HRA can confirm that the hearings of Kieren Fallon, Fergal Lynch and Darren Williams will take place from 9.30am on Friday 7th July at 151 Shaftesbury Avenue.

Paul Struthers, PR Manager for the HRA said:

“All jockeys will be legally represented and in attendance. We envisage that the hearings will last into the afternoon and that an announcement will be made to the press at some time before 3.30pm. Clearly, the nature of the representations may mean that the hearings could run into an additional day, although at this stage we are hopeful this will not be the case.”

NOTES FOR EDITORS

1. Journalists who wish to attend the announcement of the Panel’s decision should contact the HRA Press Office via email at [email protected] or on 020 7189 3866. A few spaces are still available.

2. It is impossible to give an exact time for an announcement but we will keep those journalists present updated throughout the day.

3. Unfortunately, due to the limited space at Shaftesbury Avenue, we are unable to offer members of the press who are present use of a room for the day.
