At The Races and the British Horseracing Board are pleased to announce that, following the Court of Appeal’s recent judgment, they have agreed to settle the matter between them. As a result, At The Races will not be seeking leave to appeal to the House of Lords. The British Horseracing Board will continue to allow At The Races access to and use of its authorised pre-race data.

No further details of the settlement will be released.

The parties are pleased that the matter is settled and look forward to working together in the best interests of British Racing in the future.
