Following the abandonment of Newton Abbot’s fixture on September 1st due to waterlogging, the British Horseracing Authority has permitted the transfer of The Lord Mildmay Memorial Handicap Steeple Chase (Class 1) (Listed Race), two miles five and a half furlongs, to Newton Abbot’s fixture the following day.

Entries for this race will stand, with declarations to be made by 10.00 a.m. on Friday, August 31st in line with the other races already on the card.

As a result of moving this race, field size limits (FSLs) for all 8 races will be reduced by two. Revised FSLs are shown below.

The revised running order with the Listed race at 3.40 is shown below. The first race will now be at 1.40.
