Former registered owner Ian Tweedie has been informed that he will be required to attend a Disciplinary Panel hearing on 20th December 2012 to consider possible breaches of the Rules of Racing, as follows:

(1) Did Ian Tweedie breach Rule (E)92.2 in that, when the registered owner of NIGWELL FORBEES, he placed lay bets on that horse when it ran in “The Barkby Conditional Jockeys’ Selling Handicap Hurdle Race” at Leicester on 3rd December 2009?

and

(2) Is Ian Tweedie in breach of Rule (A)50.2 by failing to provide, upon authorised request, copies of his telephone billings for the period set out in the Telephone Production Order supplied to him at interview on 8th September 2010?
