Scott Townshend

The Disciplinary Panel of the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) will hold an enquiry to determine whether Scott Townshend, a registered owner, has acted in breach of Rule (E) 92.2 on two counts in that he placed lay bets against the following horses and/or instructed another person to do so on his behalf at a time when he was an owner of the horses in question:

a) LAUREATE DES LOGES (IRE) racing on 18 December 2011 in the 2.25pm Join Now At Rewards4Racing.com Handicap Hurdle at Carlisle;
b) CADORE (IRE) racing on 3 April 2012 in the 4.00pm John Wade Waste Recycling Novices’ Handicap Hurdle at Sedgefield
