01 Mar 2012 Pre-2014 Releases

The Disciplinary Panel of the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) considered a written application made on behalf of Jimmy Quinn, under Rule (A)71.2 of the Rules of Racing, for a relaxation of the 6 month disqualification imposed on 14 December 2011 to allow him to work in racing stables for the remaining period of his disqualification.

The BHA were not opposed to the application.

Having given the application due consideration, the Disciplinary Panel decided that it would not grant the dispensation requested.
