The Horseracing Forensic Laboratory has reported that the analysis of the urine taken from YES SIR (IRE), placed first in the Ashleybank Investments Future Champions Novices’ Chase at Ayr on 21st April 2007, has confirmed the presence of tetramisole, which is a prohibited substance. This finding has been confirmed by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Racing Laboratory, which performed the counter analysis. A Disciplinary Panel enquiry will be held in due course.

This finding has been confirmed by LCH (France), which performed the counter analysis. A Disciplinary Panel enquiry will be held in due course.

This finding has been confirmed by the German Laboratory, which performed the counter analysis. A Disciplinary Panel enquiry will be held in due course.

This finding has been confirmed by the German laboratory, which performed the counter analysis. A Disciplinary Panel enquiry will be held in due course.
Miss Karen Waldron – MILTON DES BEIFFES (FR)
