The Horseracing Forensic Laboratory has reported that the analysis of the urine taken from YES SIR (IRE), placed first in the Ashleybank Investments Future Champions Novices’ Chase at Ayr on 21st April 2007, has confirmed the presence of tetramisole, which is a prohibited substance. This finding has been confirmed by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Racing Laboratory, which performed the counter analysis. A Disciplinary Panel enquiry will be held in due course.

Peter Bowen – ALWAYS WAINING (IRE)

The Horseracing Forensic Laboratory has reported that the analysis of the urine taken from ALWAYS WAINING (IRE) placed first in the Cenkos (Scotland) Securities Novices’ Handicap Chase at Ayr on 21st April 2007 has confirmed the presence of tetramisole, which is a prohibited substance. This finding has been confirmed by LCH (France), which performed the counter analysis. A Disciplinary Panel enquiry will be held in due course.

The Horseracing Forensic Laboratory has reported that the analysis of the urine taken from RIPALONG LAD (IRE) placed first in the Jenkinsons Caterers Intermediate Open National Hunt Flat Race at Ludlow on 29th April 2007 has confirmed the presence of tetramisole, which is a prohibited substance. This finding has been confirmed by the German Laboratory, which performed the counter analysis. A Disciplinary Panel enquiry will be held in due course.

The Horseracing Forensic Laboratory has reported that the analysis of the urine taken from CONTACT DANCER (IRE) placed first in the Benfield Renault Novices’ Chase at Sedgefield on 1st May 2007 has confirmed the presence of pemoline, which is a prohibited substance. This finding has been confirmed by LCH (France), which performed the counter analysis. A Disciplinary Panel enquiry will be held in due course.

John Hills – LEMONETTE (USA)

The Horseracing Forensic Laboratory has reported that the analysis of the urine taken from LEMONETTE (USA), placed first in the Bonusprint.com Maiden Stakes (Div II) at Wolverhampton on 2nd March 2007 has confirmed the presence of caffeine and theophylline, which are prohibited substances. This finding has been confirmed by the German laboratory, which performed the counter analysis. A Disciplinary Panel enquiry will be held in due course.

Miss Karen Waldron – MILTON DES BEIFFES (FR)

The Horseracing Forensic Laboratory has reported that the analysis of the urine taken from MILTON DES BIEFFES (FR) placed second in the Don’t Miss Any Festival Races Sky 432 Novices’ Handicap Chase at Warwick on 11th March 2007 has confirmed the presence of desmethylpyrilamine, which is a prohibited substance. This finding has been confirmed by LCH (France), which performed the counter analysis. A Disciplinary Panel enquiry will be held in due course.
