Published: Monday 22 Jan 2007

The Disciplinary Panel enquiry to consider whether licensed jockeys Robbie Fitzpatrick and Robert Winston, former licensed jockeys Luke Fletcher and Fran Ferris, former bookmaker Ian Nicholl and four other unlicensed individuals have breached the Rules of Racing in relation to 37 races concluded at lunchtime today, following a hearing lasting eight and a half days.
