Eamon Tyrell, the trainer of Casela Park (IRE), has lodged an appeal against the decision of the Disciplinary Panel to find him in breach of Rule (C)45 and to disqualify him from racing for three years.  No appeal has been received from jockey Jason Behan.

The Appeal has been accepted by the Chairman of the Appeal Board and Mr Tyrrell has until the close of play tomorrow, Thursday 14th October 2010, to provide his grounds of appeal.

A date for the hearing will be published as soon as it has been agreed.
